Job Description


General Requirements

This position requires an individual that is very detail oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is flexible to travel within the assigned region, and is familiar with all NOSHOK products. Responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts within assigned geographical regions and has the ability to interact with all levels of the distributor or end user organization from top management down to production levels.

 

Reports to: National Sales Manager

 

Knowledge/Education/Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a technical sales capacity, either internally or with a previous company, to be considered as an entry level RSM.

Possesses several years of experience either working in outside sales or regional management or in a previous role as a more senior level RSM for NOSHOK.

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, MBA a preferred option.

Will consider a non-degreed individual with key experience within the industry.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office- Word, EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM programs.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas in writing and verbally in a clear, concise manner.

Competent in providing training and presentations in front of a group.

Demonstrated organizational skills and time management with the ability to realize desired sales results.

 

Essential Functions:

Growth of sales volume and market share within the assigned geographical region.

Regular telephone contact and visitations.

Building professional and personal relationships with customer/distributor contacts.

Providing NOSHOK product and application training to build confidence in the NOSHOK Solution.

Joint sales calls as required while establishing target accounts for growth.

Attending and working industry trade shows and industry summits, as required.

Achieving a thorough understanding of and regular analysis of the NOSHOK daily and monthly reports.

 

Reporting consists of the following

Weekly activity reports and expense reports to the National Sales Manager with a CC to the CEO and President.

Regional reviews as assigned

Follow up and updates to quotations outstanding within the region

Follow all procedures pertaining to request for quotations or requests for information in order to fulfill customer needs
