Fairfield County MSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber
Security Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Job Description:
As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their cyber security program, developing and implementing security strategies, and ensuring the protection of their clients information systems. You will work closely with other departments to maintain a robust security posture.
Responsibilities:
Administration and Management of all products and services in our security stack.
Work with senior leadership team to strategize improvements and changes to stack.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Manage security projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and threat analysis.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
